Are the prices per employee?
No. These are company subscriptions. Active employee limits apply across the whole company, not separately to each location.
Where do I subscribe?
The authorised company owner purchases in the OnTimeShift Android app through Google Play. This website does not process payments.
What price will I pay in my country?
The website uses USD reference amounts. Google Play presents the local currency, applicable taxes, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm.
Why does Free allow more employees than Ads Free?
They serve different needs: Free is ad-supported for up to 20 employees at one location; Ads Free is a paid ad-removal option for a smaller team of up to 10. A company above that limit needs a suitable larger paid tier to remove ads.
What happens if my company no longer fits its plan?
Review the plan and limit notice in the app. A company exceeding its covering plan may have read-only access until it selects a suitable plan or safely reduces active usage. Existing history should not be deleted to change plans.
Is shift planning required?
No. Your team can use attendance without creating a shift roster first.
